Withdrawal policy

This policy applies to consumers who take out a Frame subscription. For the terms of the subscription see our terms and conditions.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. That is the day you take out the subscription, or, with a free trial, the day you start the trial.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example by letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. Because payment runs through the App Store or Google Play, the refund is arranged there. You will not be charged any fees because of this reimbursement.
If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period (for example by using Frame right after signing up), you must pay us a reasonable amount. It corresponds to the proportion of the service already provided up to your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of the service in the contract. If you withdraw during a free trial, you pay nothing.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal expires when we have fully provided the service and began providing it only after you expressly consented and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract is fully performed.
