Getting started

Set up Frame in a few minutes and log your first workout.

How Frame plans work

Most apps give you a fixed list of exercises for each day. Frame gives you guardrails instead: you decide in the gym what to train, and Frame checks whether you hit your volume.

Build your plan

Everything about plans happens in the Plan tab.

Track a workout

Tap the + button next to the tabs. The menu shows:

Exercise catalog

Frame comes with a catalog of more than 300 exercises, each with an English and German name and step-by-step instructions.

Progress & statistics

Home shows what matters this week: your next training day under Up next, how many sessions you did against your weekly goal, your week streak and Sets per muscle, meaning how many sets each muscle group got compared with what your plan aims for.

Settings & account

Open Profile and tap Settings.

Delete your account

You can have your Frame account and all data linked to it deleted at any time.

No. The exercises in a block are options. You pick what fits today, and Frame checks whether the block target, for example 2–3 exercises, is met.
