Frame needs an active subscription. There is no free version, but you can try Frame for free first.

How it works

• New subscribers get a free trial. The offer screen shows how long it is and what happens afterwards. The trial applies once per Apple account or Google account.
• If notifications are allowed, Frame reminds you two days before the trial ends, on this phone. The reminder is lost if you reinstall the app or switch phones, so do not rely on it alone.
• After the trial, your subscription starts automatically and renews until you cancel. You choose between Monthly and Yearly. Yearly costs less per month.
• Prices are shown in your currency, including the taxes that apply to you.
• Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) takes the payment. Frame never sees your payment details.

Cancel

Cancel in the settings of your Apple or Google account. Frame cannot cancel for you.

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Frame
• Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Frame

To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your Frame account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the store first.

Restore purchases

New phone or reinstalled app? Sign in with the same account and tap Restore on the offer screen. If the subscription is linked to another Frame account, Restore moves it to the account you are signed in with, and the other account loses access. One subscription works for one Frame account at a time.

When your subscription ends

Your data stays in your account. Frame shows the offer screen again, and you continue where you stopped as soon as you subscribe again.

Refunds and withdrawal

Apple or Google handle refunds for purchases in their stores. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. As a consumer in the EU you also have a right of withdrawal, see the withdrawal policy and our terms.
